Advisory: Advise, train and share best practice on how to become a sustainable disability inclusive employer through an appropriate work environment and organization culture.
Advocacy: Advocate for persons with disabilities’ right to work and their inclusion with all relevant stakeholders, including government and non-government organizations.

Provide guidance, advice, training and best practices to employers to recruit, retain and include employees with disabilities, through inclusive work environments and favorable policies.

Enable employers to include persons with disabilities as equal and effective members of the workforce.
