Qaderoon is a Saudi Organisation founded in 2014 , as one of the initiatives of the MLSD and its mission is to empower employers to include PwD's as equal effective members of the workforce.
By providing guidance, advice, training and sharing best practices with private and public entities to recruit, retain and include persons with disabilities, Qaderoon aims to bring attention to the mutual business benefits that can be gained through more inclusive work environments, favourable human resource policies and supportive organisational cultures through the three pillars of raising awareness, providing advisory services, and Advocacy.
