The Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities. Was established in 2018 by royal order.
Human Resources & Social Development. Every employer who employs twenty-five or more workers has the ability to employ people with disabilities, provided that their percentage is at least 4% of the total number of employees.

Means every person proven under a medical report issued by the Ministry of Health or Hospitals of other governmental sectors or under one of the The Implementing Regulations of Labor Law and its Annexes 14 identification cards issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) that he has one or more permanent disability as in the following forms:
